Risk Assessment

Risk Assessments involve analyzing failures of major HVAC components and understanding the effects on:

  • Operation of the facility.
  • Loss of revenue, product and productivity.
  • Occupant safety
  • Expected downtime
  • mobilizing and operating costs for temporary heating & cooling systems .

Our assessments are performed on all types of buildings including:

  • Small to Large Computer Rooms
  • Hospitals
  • Museums
  • Surgery Centers and Hospitals
  • Casinos
  • Food Processing and Storage
  • Manufacturing
  • Offices

Instead of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in redundant cooling and heating systems, we can develop an Emergency Response Plan saving hundreds of thousands of dollars on Capital.

Our Emergency Response Plans can provide backup cooling systems up and running within 24 to 48 hours.

The following standby chiller system was delivered and installed within 27 hours after a major cooling component failure.  We engineered the piping changes required for integration to the main cooling system and ordered a diesel fuel powered electric generator for power to the temporary chiller.  The temporary chiller ran for 2 weeks consuming more than 30,000 gallons of diesel fuel.
